My package of watercolor powders from sketchbox arrived in a large box filled with watercolor powder!
I would say they were tossed in the box and am not sure if one top might have been loose or maybe a hole in one of the bottles.
Even today, after washing and washing everything, when I even touch a bottle I get watercolor powder all over...it's not an easy medium to clean up, especially when it's all over the box and all of everything in the box.
I did reach out to the company and they said, sorry but we can reship one of the bottles. Despite numerous responses to them I haven't gotten a refund nor another bottle. I received TCW powders and sketchbox powders.
I will not be ordered from sketchbox again.

I bought the basic watercolor crystals box and liked it so much, I regretted not purchasing the premium box. I ordered the color I didn't get which was turquoise. Honestly, the navy fit the turquoise description more than the new color, but I will still enjoy using the turquoise.

This powder packs a punch! This little bottle will probably last a lifetime. Highly pigmented. My pic is the beginning of ocean waves using the turquoise and navy powders. Stunning colors!!
