I bough them because they were supposed to shimmer, to change colors etc. While they are nice colors, I can not get them to shift no matter how I apply them to the papper, or how I move the papper in the light. They just dont react the way I thought they would

Gorgeous colors, especially on dark back grounds. Really fun to play with, get em good and wet. This was my first time with Sketchbox and they took exceptional care of me.

The paints seemed to work fine but my box seemed to be missing the 10 sheets of watercolor paper of which 5 were supposed to be black. I don't have any black watercolor paper or even black mixed media paper so I had to use black writing paper. I'm sure I would have enjoyed them more if I could have tested them on the black watercolor paper since I wouldn't have been afraid to add water to them.

This paint set is amazing, especially on black! I used it to paint Christmas cards on an embossed design…they turned out gorgeous! I loved the set so much, I ordered a second set!
