I love it, but I was thinking based on the picture I was getting two books and the fact that there was no color choice. That was a little disappointing I would have enjoyed both I am sure. Bottom line, don’t be silly and read what you are purchasing, don’t base anything by a picture! My lesson learned, not their fault.

I am using it to sketch out ideas for me next paintings. It gives me a chance to work on composition and perspective before I actually start. I love having the book. It is lightweight and doesn't tear when using my eraser. I love it!

I’ll be honest, I absolutely was not thrilled with the green color of the paper at first. Thought about it, hated it, for a while but decided to let it push me out of my comfort zone. Now, yes, I really do like it! Great base color for brightening work, pushed me to focus on complimentary color shading and to think in different ways of how I was layering my colors in projects. Texture and weight is very nice. Thank you for the challenge and journey. Wish it was larger!

I love this little guy! I can fit it in my pencil bag which gives me something to do while when I'm pretty much anywhere!

I'd been wanting to try Ugly Books, but didn't know if I wanted to commit to a three pack just to try them. I was also curious if I would like this smaller size. I LOVED IT! The paper was thick and nice to work on. In the pictures you can see that it handled ink and wash well, sketchbox markers and "brush" pen well. No bleed- beautiful! I enjoyed the size too - fun to create quickly, with no large book or weird commitment to a bigger picture or project. Was nice to let go of perfectionism and I think having the fun colored pages helped with "blank page" syndrome. I did try some alcohol markers in the book - they did bleed right through - you can probably see some in the pictures.

Delivered what I ordered. As shown in photo. Everything went as a sale transaction Should. Which isn’t always the case these days. Thank you.

It's cute and small. The paper isn't great for watercolor but it can handle some with some warping.
