Monochromatic Pastel Basic Box

This basic box features a curated collection of professional-grade, hand-moulded chalk pastels.  These velvety pastels are designed to bring depth, emotion, and atmosphere to your artwork.  This exclusive set features a harmonious range of blue tones from sky hues to deep indigos.  Each pastel stick glides on effortlessly, blending smoothly for layered textures and subtle gradients. To add value and highlights to your pastels, we have included a brand new color addition from Derwent in the color Oyster.  The next item in your box is the darkest charcoal that was ever made by Cretacolor.  Use this to create grand gestures.  We have also included a set of 3 SketchBox Signature Paint Markers in white, black, and sapphire.  These markers can be used over your pastels to provide a stronger control of color. Finally, our surface for this box is a custom Fabriano Tone Paper in the color sea. This 4x6 15-sheet pad, 85lb mid-tone paper, has a subtle texture and works well with a variety of dry mediums.
