I am very happy with the box. I had a code for a "free" video to see how to mix the powdered pigments with the liquid gum arabic. It's not free. It wants me to subscribe. So that would be another charge. Why would I get a subscription box and then have to pay for the video resources? I have never seen anything like that before. it would be stupidity to subscribe and cancel each time I want to use a video, and then only have 7 days to access it.
I shopped for someone else and then saw this watercolor thing, so I was excited to try it. It's fun, and i think I mixed them rather well. I am happy, but I am not a fan of giving financial information and subscribing to a third party in order to see what is advertised as a "free" video. I would have rather subscribed to Patreon for a dollar for access to the one video I wanted, than to deal with canceling and who knows how many emails I will get in my spam folder.
Please reconsider your so called "free" benefits, which are truly not free.

I got this during the BOGO sale because I really wanted to try out the homemade watercolors. The idea of making your own colors is so cool. The products lived up to my expectations and the company's description. The only real complaint I have with it, is that there isn't any real instructions on how to make them without the stickiness or whatnot. So you have to do some testing and figure stuff out for yourself. Otherwise I think this was a great box!

I mixed the powered paint with the gum arabic with four little eyes looking. I put it up to dry and then took a brush and a dish of water and painted. Those children thought it was magic. Me too!! We will make a rainbow out of the primary colors.
