This marker is the same ink as the Kuretake gold ink in the ink pot. It is exquisite. There are plenty of gold markers out there but the deep brilliance of thos gold is a game changer. You won't be disappointed with this marker.

I couldn’t get the ink to flow continuously. I had to keep shaking the pen and then only a small amount of ink would flow out, or else a large blob of ink released and created a mess. The color of the ink is great. It’s very shiny and pretty which is what I was wanting, but using the pen was frustrating and disappointing.

The tip fell out of the pen without warning! Not sure if that was user error or not. It’s a very nice gold colour and dries down with a nice sheen. Love it!

My first time using the Kuretake Zig Gold Acrylic Liner was on these two mixed media abstract paintings I created yesterday. I used it for stencil work and for stippling. I was very happy with the results and will definitely use this Liner on a regular basis in my future projects

This is an amazing gold pen. It’s a rich gold even without the best light and w the right light it totally alive. It shows up well even on white. I’ve been using it a while now and it’s fluid, dependable on all the paints I’ve tried so far, and no clogging up or making blobs. Five stars and a strong recommend.
